Experienced HVAC Installation Technicians

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Service Installation Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service to our residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC systems, including ductwork, equipment, and components in accordance with company standards and local codes
• Accurately explain repair options and recommendations to customers
• Maintain proper documentation of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job
• Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with OSHA and company safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and service vehicles in clean and working condition
• Work collaboratively with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of HVAC service and installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
