What You’ll Do

• Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Lead or assist install crews on full system change-outs
• Set furnaces, air handlers, condensers, heat pumps, and ductwork
• Read blueprints and follow scope of work
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal team
• Complete jobs on time and within allotted labor hours

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years HVAC install experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of residential systems
• Experience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and duct modifications
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics/crawl spaces
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Pride in quality workmanship

Leadership experience is a PLUS.
