HVAC Journeyman Installer
Georgetown, KY | Full-Time

Pay: $25–$40 per hour (based on experience)

Titan Heating and Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Installer in Georgetown, KY.

We’re looking for a skilled Journeyman Installer who takes pride in clean, efficient installs and doing the job right the first time. If you’re experienced in system replacements, ductwork, and startup procedures—and want steady work with a growing company—we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems (split systems, heat pumps, furnaces, package units)
• Replace existing systems and complete full system change-outs
• Install and modify ductwork as needed
• Ensure all installs meet code requirements and company standards
• Perform system startup, testing, and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain clean, organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed

Requirements:

• Kentucky Journeyman HVAC License (required)
• EPA Certification (required)
• 3–5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation best practices
• Ability to read equipment manuals and install specs
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
