Experienced HVAC Service Tech

$29 - $40/hour, depending on experience + performance bonuses

Full-Time | Jacksonville, NC Monday-Friday | Overtime as needed | Rotating on-call every other week (no late-night calls)

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professional recommendations
• Troubleshoot equipment efficiently and accurately
• Maintain detailed service documentation
• Support and mentor less experienced technicians when needed
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus
• HVAC technical school training and NATE certification are preferred
