Position Overview

We are seeking and experienced and dependable HVAC Service Technician, who will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. This role requires strong technical ability, clear communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

You will represent our company in customers’ homes and businesses, so professionalism, integrity, and quality workmanship are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Perform system repairs, maintenance, and service calls
• Clearly explain findings and recommended solutions to customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
• Professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
