Experienced HVAC Service Technician (5+ Years Required)

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician with at least 5 years of field experience to join our team. This position is for a technician who can diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems independently.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and can accurately troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years HVAC service experience
• Must have your own HVAC tools
• Strong experience with inverter systems, heat pumps, condensers, air handlers, and refrigeration systems
• Ability to diagnose electrical, airflow, and refrigerant issues
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and complete service calls professionally
• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Perform system maintenance and inspections
• Identify refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, airflow problems, and failing components
• Provide customers with clear explanations of system issues and recommended repairs
• Complete service calls efficiently and professionally
• Follow safety and HVAC industry standards
