Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled HVAC Technician to repair and maintain residential and commercial AC systems. The ideal candidate is honest, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality service on every call.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize breakdowns.
• Inspect systems, identify needed repairs, and recommend effective solutions.
• Prepare accurate, transparent estimates and clearly explain work to customers.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and support other technicians when needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
