Experienced HVAC Technician

Job Summary

Rylee Home Services is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician with 5+ years of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, solid plumbing knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.

Responsibilities

· Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems (heating, cooling, ventilation)

· Perform routine service and preventative maintenance

· Install and repair HVAC components and systems

· Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters

· Maintain accurate service records and documentation

· Ensure all work meets safety standards and local codes

· Communicate clearly with customers about repairs and solutions

Requirements

· 5+ years of HVAC experience

· Plumbing experience required

· Proficiency in troubleshooting HVAC system components, including boilers, furnaces, air conditioning, mini-splits, tanked and tankless water heaters, etc

· Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members

· Ability to manage time efficiently and work both independently and as a team

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
