American Heating & Air Plus, LLC is hiring experienced HVAC Installers and Service Technicians to join our growing team serving Lake Geneva, Walworth County, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems
• Work on furnaces, air conditioners, boilers, mini splits, heat pumps, and rooftop units
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Complete work safely and efficiently
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-5 years HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong troubleshooting and/or installation skills
• Professional attitude and dependable work ethic

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
• Overtime available

Pay:

• $30–$45/hr for experienced technicians based on experience, skill level, certifications, and ability to work independently.
