About the Role

BorderX Global is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. As a consultancy firm, we specialize in providing seamless migration solutions. We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in handling diverse visa categories and a passion for helping clients achieve their international goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Provide expert advice on immigration pathways, including skilled migration, student visas, and residency-by-investment for various countries.
• Case Management: Oversee the entire application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within legal deadlines.
• Compliance: Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in immigration laws and policies across multiple jurisdictions to provide accurate guidance.
• Business Development: Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing (Meta Ads/Google) and convert inquiries into successful registrations.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations professionally.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant in the UAE.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of immigration processes for Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, or Caribbean programs.
• Sales Acumen: Strong ability to close deals and meet monthly targets.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (additional languages are a plus).
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and office software (Google Sheets, Microsoft Office).
• Attributes: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
