Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to our attorneys by conducting research, managing documents, and assisting with case preparation as well as be a leader for your own case load too. Your contributions will be vital in helping us achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

Responsibilities:

MUST Fluently Speak Punjabi, Hindi, Or Urdu

AND Fluently Communicate in English (Verbally and Written)

Prepping clients, filing at USCIS and Court will be the core of the responsibilities.

• Proficiency in legal administrative tasks
• Experience with document management systems
• Ability to conduct client interviews effectively to gather necessary information
• Strong organizational skills for file management
• Understanding of immigration law concepts
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials and hearings.
• Review and manage legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation using document management systems.
• Support project management efforts related to ongoing legal matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal setting
• Strong knowledge of immigration law and familiarity with tribal law regulations is a plus
• Proficient in legal research techniques and tools
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
