Experienced in-person Math and Science Tutor

Brainstorm Tutoring seeks a highly qualified and experienced tutor for math from elementary grades through AP BC Calculus, and ideally also high school level sciences. We offer competitive pay and in turn are looking for tutors with significant experience and solid references. This is a small but growing company and there are opportunities to expand this role into other types of tutoring, including other academic subjects and SAT and ACT, if qualified.

This position is intended for a tutor with a background in advanced math and science, but also with some relevant education experience. The right candidate MUST have previous teaching or tutoring experience, as well as a strong math and science background.

Most tutoring will take place in our office in Tenleytown after school and on weekends, although some tutoring is still taking place on zoom. For that reason, we are ONLY considering tutors who are available to meet with students in person in NW DC.
