Experienced Industrial Paint Chemist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Industrial Paint Chemist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will lead the development, formulation, and testing of industrial paints, coatings, and related materials. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality, durable finishes suitable for a variety of industrial applications. Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

· Prior experience in coatings, polymers, or paints preferred but not required

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

· Formulate, test, and optimize industrial coatings and related chemical products

· Assist in production scale-up and quality control testing

· Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to improve performance and efficiency

· Maintain accurate lab records and prepare technical documentation

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
