40 Guaranteed Hours per Week (flexibility up to 50 hours)
$30–$32/hour (based on experience)

The Nanny Haven is assisting a warm, dog-loving family in Freedom Park in their search for a career infant nanny to care for their daughter, who will be 3–5 months old at the start date.

This position is ideal for a highly experienced baby nanny who understands infant development, thrives in structured routines, and brings calm, confident energy into the home.

Schedule (Beginning June 1, 2026)

• Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible)

The family guarantees 40 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours (up to 50 hours weekly).

If the candidate prefers to begin May 1, hours will initially be approximately 30 per week until the full schedule begins in June.

About the Family

This is a collaborative, respectful household seeking a professional who views infant care as a career. The family values open communication and is looking for a nanny who will confidently guide their baby’s growth and developmental milestones.

The home includes a 75-pound Golden Retriever and a Goldendoodle. The ideal candidate must genuinely love large dogs and feel completely comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)

Infant Care & Development

• Creating and maintaining feeding and nap schedules
• Bottle preparation, cleaning, and sanitizing
• Supporting developmental milestones
• Introducing solids when age-appropriate
• Engaging in age-appropriate play and enrichment

Infant-Related Household Tasks

• Baby laundry
• Restocking diapers and wipes
• Maintaining nursery organization
• Keeping baby areas clean and orderly

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional infant nanny experience
• Strong understanding of infant development and routines
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• At least 21 years of age
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
