Full-Time | $27–$30+/hr | PTO + Travel Opportunity

A loving Boulder family is seeking a warm, experienced, and career-oriented nanny to care for their infant and toddler. This is a full-time, long-term position for a professional who genuinely enjoys early childhood development and confidently manages the rhythms of two little ones at once. Care is mostly for one 5 month old baby, while 2.5 year old sibling is in school. Occasionally, both kids will be home and require full time care!

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 9:00am–5:00pm
40 guaranteed hours per week

Compensation & Benefits:

• $27–$30 per hour (DOE)

• Opportunity to travel with the family (for a nanny who is interested and holds a valid passport)

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Lives locally in Boulder or the immediate surrounding area
• Has 3+ years of professional nanny experience
• Has experience caring for infants and toddlers simultaneously
• Can provide at least one strong reference from a past position caring for both age groups at the same time
• Is organized, proactive, nurturing, and confident managing two young children

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating age-appropriate developmental activities
• Managing infant feeding, naps, and routines
• Supporting toddler transitions and learning
• Outdoor time and engaging outings
• Light child-related tidying
• Clear, professional communication with parents
