Duties

• Install windows, doors, siding, trim, stucco, and other exterior home products with precision and care
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and effectively
• Perform construction site inspections to verify project specifications and quality standards
• Manage caulking, sealing, framing, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and drywall finishing tasks
• Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely completion of installations
• Conduct restoration work including plastering, concrete finishing, masonry repairs, and remodeling projects

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management, estimating, inspection or related roles within residential or commercial projects
• Extensive hands-on experience installing windows, doors, glass panels, cabinetry, fixtures, and related exterior products
• Skilled in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for precise installation planning
• Familiarity with constrInstaller – Windows & Doors (Full‑Time)
