Experienced Insurance Adjuster (Training Role)

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Adjuster to join our team in a training-focused role. This position is ideal for a seasoned adjuster who not only excels in claims evaluation and negotiation, but also has the ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate insurance claims, including liability, damages, and coverage
• Review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Negotiate settlements with carriers and opposing parties
• Identify claim value and risk exposure with precision
• Train and mentor junior team members on claims handling and negotiation strategies
• Assist in developing internal processes and best practices
• Collaborate with legal and case management teams to maximize outcomes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an insurance adjuster (personal injury required)
• Strong understanding of liability, medical damages, and claims valuation
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of favorable outcomes
• Experience reviewing medical records and billing
• Ability to train, guide, and develop others
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience working with plaintiff-side personal injury firms
• Familiarity with Utah claims practices (or willingness to learn quickly)
