Experienced Insurance Claims Field Investigator

Overview:
Seeking Experienced Insurance Claims Field Investigators.

Independent Claims Adjusting and Private Investigation Firm seeking qualified applicants to conduct Insurance Claims Field Investigation & Adjustment in the Houston, TX area to work on an Independent Contracting (1099) basis.

Seeking highly motivated individuals to conduct field investigations and adjust claims in the public and private sector.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Ability to conduct multi-faceted, complex claims investigations.

· Daily submission of status updates on case files.

· Strong time management skills.

· Secure detailed signed and/or recorded statements of facts from involved parties.

· Conduct scene investigations with measurements, photographs and/or video footage, diagrams and detailed descriptions of locations.

· Locating/canvassing for witnesses.

· Gathering evidence pertinent to case.

· Submit professional, client ready investigative reports.

· Complete assignments in a timely fashion as per company standards and requirements.

· Maintain sound judgment through course of investigation with recommendations for future handling.

Position Qualifications: Experience in an investigative capacity is preferred. Must be computer proficient with knowledge of word and excel and have internet access. Exceptional observational, analytical, organizational and comprehension skills.

Must be self-motivated, dependable, organized, possessing exceptional time management skills with reliable form of transportation as position requires much time traveling. Able to work nights and weekends as needed to conduct thorough and complete investigations.

Bilingual a plus!

Notary a plus!

Adjuster license is preferred.

Salary: $25.00-$40.00/hr. range, depending on experience.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
