Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify insurance claims and authorizations
• Liaise with insurance companies and patients to resolve billing issues
• Maintain accurate patient records and insurance documentation
• Ensure compliance with insurance policies and healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with billing and administrative teams to streamline processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical insurance coordination
• Strong knowledge of insurance procedures, billing codes, and claim processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in medical billing software and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
