Rasmal Ventures’s Rasmal Innovation Fund I is the firm’s inaugural Qatar-based venture capital fund focused on investing in high-growth technology startups and scaleups across the MENA region and internationally, particularly in fintech, AI, HealthTech, logistics, climate tech, and B2B SaaS sectors.

Job description :Experienced Investment Analyst

Role summary: Support sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio monitoring for early‑ and growth‑stage technology investments; work closely with partners to evaluate investment opportunities and help portfolio companies scale.

Key responsibilities: build financial models and valuations; perform market, competitive and technical due to diligence; prepare investment memos and present recommendations to partners; manage data rooms and coordinate external advisors; Track portfolio KPIs and prepare board / investor reports; support deal sourcing and relationship building with founders and ecosystem partners.

Required experience and skills: 3-7 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategy, or a relevant operating role; strong financial modeling and Excel skills; experience with term sheets, cap table mechanics, and valuation methods; excellent written and verbal communication; Ability to manage multiple transactions and tight deadlines.

Qualifications: bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus; Fluency in English (Arabic plus).

Other: attention to startup business models (SaaS, marketplaces, fintech, AI), willingness to travel regionally, and cultural fit for a small, fast-moving fund.
