We are a growing kitchen and bath remodeling company specializing high-quality cabinetry, countertops, and full renovation solutions. We are looking for a motivated, design-savvy sales profession to join our inside sales team.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Kitchen & Bath Designer will work with walk-in and scheduled clients in our showroom, guiding the from initial consultation through final design and sale. This role blends creativity, customer service, and sales performance. This Position offers salary and Uncapped Commission.

Key Responsibities

*Conduct in-showroom and virtual Client consultations

*Create kitchen and bath designs using design software (e.g., 2020 Design, Pro Kitchen)

*Prepare estimates, proposals, and presentations

*Upsell cabinetry, countertops, hardware, and accessories

*Follow up on leads

*Coordinate with installers, contractors, and vendeors

*Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
