Experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer (Sales + Design Role)
We’re not looking for someone to just create designs—we’re looking for someone who takes ownership of projects, cares about people, and wants to be part of a team that’s building something better.
At Cabinet Factory, we design and deliver kitchens and spaces where people live their lives. That means details, follow-up, and how we treat customers all matter. If you are someone who takes pride in your work, stays organized, and enjoys seeing a project all the way through—from first conversation to final install—this is a great fit.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working directly with homeowners and contractors to bring their vision to life
- Designing kitchens, bathrooms, and built-ins using Design Flex
- Creating clear, accurate layouts and proposals (no guessing, no shortcuts)
- Guiding customers through selections and decisions with confidence
- Staying on top of your projects—follow-ups, updates, and next steps
- Coordinating with our warehouse and install team to ensure jobs are field-ready, not just scheduled
- Taking ownership of your work from start to finish
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced kitchen and bath designers (Design Flex experience is a MUST)
- Detail oriented individuals—this is not a “close enough” job
- A multitasker with the ability to manage multiple projects without things slipping through the cracks
- Good communication—clear, honest, and with high regard to professional integrity
- Someone who cares about doing things the right way
What Makes This Different
- Salary + bonus structure (no commission pressure, but performance matters)
- Family-owned company with a strong reputation in the Hampton Roads area
- A team that values accountability, not chaos
- Real opportunity to grow as we continue to build better systems and processes
- Your work matters here—you’re not just a body
The Bottom Line
We’re building a team that takes pride in a job well done.
If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and want to be part of a company that’s improving and growing—not just coasting—this is worth a conversation.
