Location: Pawtucket, RI

Compensation: Hourly Pay + Commission (pay rate is based upon experience)

We are an established kitchen and bathroom cabinet and countertop company located in Pawtucket, RI, seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bathroom Designer to join our growing team.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a motivated designer with strong customer service skills and hands-on experience using 2020 Design software. You will work directly with clients to design and sell kitchen and bathroom projects from initial consultation through completion.

Responsibilities

• Design kitchens and bathrooms using 2020 Design software

• Consult with clients to understand design goals, budgets, and timelines

• Create layouts, renderings, and detailed design proposals

• Assist customers with cabinet, countertop, and material selections

• Prepare accurate pricing, quotes, and sales documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and installers

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the entire project

Requirements

• Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom design

• Strong proficiency in 2020 Design software (required)

• Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and related materials

• Sales and customer-facing experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
