Job Summary
We are seeking experienced landscapers with a passion for lawn care and landscape maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through expert landscaping, lawn care, and hardscape installation. Duties

• Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and overseeding to ensure lush, healthy turf.
• Maintain landscapes by planting, pruning, trimming trees and shrubs, and installing new greenery.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Use machinery such as excavators and snow plows for site preparation, excavation, or seasonal snow removal.
• Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of landscaped areas.
• Execute hardscape projects including patio installation, walkway construction, retaining walls, and other stonework.
• Conduct routine maintenance on landscaping equipment and tools to ensure longevity and safety.
• Assist with tree care activities like trimming, pruning, or removal to promote healthy growth and safety.
• Support construction-related tasks when needed to prepare sites for planting or hardscape installation.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services that exceed client expectations.

Experience

• Proven experience in landscaping or lawn care maintenance with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
• Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, land equipment such as excavators, and garden machinery.
• Hands-on experience with landscape installation including planting, pruning, hardscape construction, and irrigation systems.
• Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming and removal procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of gardening practices and seasonal maintenance routines such as snow plowing during winter months.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
