Experienced Landscape/Snowplow Crew Leader (Foreman)

Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape/Snowplow Crew Leader (Foreman) to join our mowing & landscaping team at Central Lawn & Landscape. The ideal candidate must be well-rounded, hardworking, and capable of leading a crew while working alongside team members in the field.

We provide comprehensive landscape & mowing services to businesses and residences in the Medina County area, including lawn and tree maintenance. As a Lawn/Snowplow Care Foreman on our team, you will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in all landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aerating, irrigation, fertilization techniques, and snowplowing. Employee will receive a $500.00 sign on bonus after sixty (60) days (contingent upon meeting company attendance and reliability during the introductory period) .

Required:

• Valid Ohio Drivers License Required (No SR22)
• No Driving Violations
• Reliable Transportation
• Applicants must have proven leadership experience in a lawn care lead crew member role
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure jobs are completed on time and company standards
• Communicate effectively with customers and management
• Train and motive crew members as needed
• Landscaping Experience required: knowledge of hardscaping, retaining walls, paver patios, operating a skidsteer

Must Be Able To:

• Abide by company handbook

• Lift a minimum 50 pounds
• Carry Back Pack Blower on Back
• Operate Commercial Zero Turn Mowers
• Knowledge of Retaining Wall and Paver Patio Installations
• Operate skid steers and mini excavators
• Manicure Turf w/Line Trimmer
• Perform Spring & Fall Leaf Clean Up
• Keep Weed Free Appearance in Landscape Beds
• Mulching & Edging
• Perform Shrub Trimming

Job Duties:

• A valid driver's license required (No SR22)
• Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
• Prior experience or work in landscape and lawn maintenance (required)
• Prior experience as a Landscape/Snowplow Crew Foreman (required)
• Reliable and self-motivated

Evaluation:

• Ninety (90) Day Review
• Meet standard work procedure expectations
• Sign on bonus of $500.00 after sixty (60) days

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
