Experienced Landscaping Crew Member

Job Summary
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable landscaper to join our crew. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with landscape installation, maintenance, mowing, trimming, and general outdoor work. You’ll be part of a hardworking team that takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful, healthy landscapes for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to maintain healthy turf.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including pruning, tree trimming, planting, mulching, and garden bed upkeep.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping tasks.
• Use machinery like mini skid steer and other light construction equipment for hardscape installation or site preparation.
• Maintain trees through trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal.
• Install and repair irrigation systems to optimize water efficiency across different landscapes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or related construction fields with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
• Mechanical knowledge of various tools, machinery, and equipment used in landscaping and construction projects.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, gardening principles, and horticulture best practices.
• Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, pruners, rakes; power tools including trimmers and blowers; and machinery like mowers, wood chippers and skid steers.
• Knowledge of tree care procedures including trimming and health assessments.
• Experience with irrigation systems installation and maintenance is required.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
