Experienced Landscaping / Hardscaping Professionals (Full & Part Time!)

Evergreen Landscaping LLC is a growing, local, owner-operated landscaping company in its second year. We are seeking both part-time and full-time employees to work alongside the owner, as well as individually and with the team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled landscaper who wants to play a key role in the growth of a local business!

Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality landscape maintenance and property cleanups.
• Work on hardscaping projects (patios, retaining/rock walls, pathways, etc.).
• Install garden beds, mulch, and yard transformations.
• Operate standard equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional demeanor on job sites.
• Service Area: Key Peninsula & Gig Harbor

Requirements:

• Experience: Landscaping & hardscaping experience preferred.
• Preferred Experience: Plant knowledge and hardscaping experience are a major plus. Experience working on job sites alone is also helpful.
• Work Style: Ability to take direction and work under minimal supervision.
• Mindset: Strong willingness to learn new techniques and a high attention to detail.
• License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Physical: Must be able to lift 50+ lbs (rocks, pavers, flagstone, mulch, gravel, etc.) and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
