Experienced Lash Artist

Candidates must have a valid Florida Cosmetology or Esthetician license and submit portfolio to be considered.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lash Artist to join our team. As a Lash Artist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional eyelash extension services to our clients. If you have a strong background in classic and natural volume application, and possess excellent customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.

You must be able to handmake your volume fans.

Responsibilities:

- Perform professional eyelash extension services, including application, removal, and maintenance

- Provide personalized consultations to clients to determine their desired look and recommend suitable eyelash styles

- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment by following proper sterilization and sanitation procedures

- Educate clients on proper aftercare techniques to maintain the longevity of their eyelash extensions

- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments

- Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional customer service and attention to detail

- Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate client records

- Assist with product demos and retail sales of eyelash extension products

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a LashArtist or similar role

- Strong knowledge of lash retention, client retention and sanitary practices.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for clients

- Proficient in social media management to promote services and attract new clients

- Hospitality experience is preferred
