Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lash Artist to join our beauty team and bring their expertise in eyelash extensions and related beauty services. This role is perfect for someone passionate about enhancing clients’ natural beauty while delivering top-notch customer care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lash artistry, along with skills in management, social media management, and retail sales to help grow our client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Provide additional beauty treatments such as brow shaping, lash lifts, or other esthetic services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following all health regulations, including proper sterilization of tools.
• Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable lash styles or complementary services.
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient client flow.
• Promote retail products through product demos and upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Utilize social media platforms to showcase work, attract new clients, and build a strong online presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lash Artist with a portfolio of completed eyelash extension projects.
• Certification in cosmetology or esthetician licensing preferred; experience with dermal fillers or botulinum toxin treatments is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, body waxing, hair threading, and other esthetic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with diverse clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is advantageous.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $100.00 per hour
