Experienced Lash Artist Wanted — Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity with Existing Clientele

Luxury Lash & Brow is hiring an experienced lash extension artist who can start immediately. We have existing clients ready for classic, hybrid, volume, and fill appointments.

This position is best for someone who is already confident performing lash extensions independently, has strong retention, works cleanly and professionally, and can create full, fluffy, beautiful sets clients love.

Luxury Lash & Brow is seeking an experienced, skilled, and proficient lash artist to join our established beauty studio in Irwin, PA.

We are looking for either one strong full-time lash artist or two experienced part-time lash artists who are ready to step into a growing studio with reliable clientele, weekly demand, and real opportunity for advancement.

This is not a cold-start position where you sit and wait for clients. Luxury Lash & Brow already has loyal clients, new inquiries coming in weekly, and a strong local brand presence. We need a polished lash professional who can deliver beautiful work, strong retention, and an elevated client experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in classic, hybrid, volume, or mega volume lashes
• Understands isolation, attachment, lash mapping, lash health, and retention
• Can create clean, full, beautiful lash sets
• Can complete quality full sets efficiently
• Professional, reliable, polished, and client-focused
• Licensed or eligible to perform lash services in Pennsylvania
• Comfortable building long-term client relationships
• Wants more than just a job — wants growth

Responsibilities:

• Perform lash extension full sets and fills
• Provide professional client consultations
• Recommend lash styles based on client goals and natural lash health
• Maintain a clean and organized station
• Follow sanitation and studio standards
• Support client rebooking and retention
• Deliver a luxury-level client experience

Requirements:

• Lash extension experience required
• Strong portfolio, Instagram, or photos of lash work preferred
• Pennsylvania cosmetology or esthetics license preferred/required where applicable
• Reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to work consistent hours
• Evening or weekend availability is a plus

For the right artist, this role may grow into a lead artist, trainer, or owner-operator opportunity.
