Experienced Lash Artist/ Lash Technician

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Esthetician License in state where work is performed
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions

Responsibilities

• Proven experience as an Eyelash Artist, and certifications required. This includes services such as classic and volume lash extensions, waxing, eyebrow lamination, eyebrow and eyelash tinting, that EXCEED the guest's expectations
• Provides individualized services and treatments that meet the clients' needs and expectations
• Perform eyelash extension services to clients, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on the best eyelash styles and treatments based on their individual needs
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and other beauty treatments
• Upsell additional services and products to clients to enhance their overall experience
• Keep a clean environment and sterilize tools in studio
• Educates clients on Lash Bar and Salon products, services and treatments
• Maintains Lash Bar and Salon appearance and cleanliness
• Promotes all Lash Bar and Salon products, services and treatments
• In-depth knowledge of eyelash extension techniques, including application, removal, and maintenance.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Strong skills in guest services, providing exceptional customer service, and building client relationships.
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to client needs and provide appropriate recommendations
• Attention to detail and precision in performing eyelash extension services

BONUS:

• Proficient in brow styling, facial waxing, lash lifts and tints
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
• Lehi, UT 84043: Relocate before starting work (Required)

We are looking for full time open availability that includes Saturdays. Minimum of 30hrs. per week. We pay commission plus all tips go to you. We have in-store added benefits that can't be matched at any other Salon. We are located in the highly desired Lehi location. This area provides an opportunity with endless clientele. An esthetics license is required. Our work environment is fun, supportive, and inspiring.

Currently looking to fill the following schedule:

Tuesday- 3-8pm, Wednesday 9am-3pm, Thursday 3-8pm, Friday 12-7pm, Saturday 9am-4pm
