Experienced Lash Artist or Esthetician

Responsibilities

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision and care, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
• Deliver a wide range of esthetic
• Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and proper sterilization procedures.
• Manage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as glossgenius.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, retail sales opportunities, and upselling additional services or products.
• Keep the salon environment welcoming by managing front desk duties and providing excellent guest services.
• Stay current with industry trends in management practices, social media management for marketing purposes, and new treatment techniques like botulinum toxin treatments or tattooing.

Skills

• Proven experience as a lash artist or esthetician with a strong portfolio of eyelash extensions and skincare treatments.
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Experience in retail sales within a beauty or wellness setting is highly desirable.

Pay: $15.00 - $55.00 per hour
