EXPERIENCED LASH STYLIST - SANTA MONICA

Job Summary:

Lash Pilot is seeking a talented and passionate Lash Extension Specialist to join our growing team in Santa Monica. We’re a premium lash and brow studio dedicated to providing luxury services in a supportive, professional, and trend-forward environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

You are an experienced lash artist who takes pride in delivering flawless results and exceptional client experiences. You’re committed to growing your craft, staying on top of beauty trends, and contributing to a positive studio culture.

Professional Experience & Skills:

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in California (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on lash extension experience (Classic, Hybrid, and Volume)
• Proficient in Classic and Russian Volume techniques
• Experience in Lash Lifts, Brow Lamination, and Tinting (preferred, but trainable)
• Strong knowledge of isolation, mapping, and retention techniques
• Confident in educating clients on lash aftercare and lash health
• Able to upsell services and retail products in an expert-informed, non-pushy way
• Must be able to commute to Santa Monica

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide customized lash services tailored to Lash Pilot’s four signature lash styles
• Perform high-quality lash extension applications with precision and care
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation between clients
• Ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and well cared for during every appointment
• Communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management
• Promote Lash Pilot’s service menu and upgrade options
• Educate clients on aftercare routines and frequency recommendations
• Encourage referrals through our client loyalty program
• Recommend exclusive retail products to support at-home lash care
