Experienced Lash Technician/Licensed Esthetician

Overview
We are seeking a talented, reliable, and client-focused Lash Technician and Licensed Esthetician to join our growing beauty team. The ideal candidate is experienced in lash extension application, skincare services, and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a luxury or boutique salon environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform classic, hybrid, volume and mega-volume lash extension services with precision and consistency.
• Conduct lash refills, removals, consultations, and aftercare education.
• Provide professional esthetic services including facials, waxing, skincare treatments, and brow services.
• Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards in accordance with state board regulations.
• Recommend retail skincare and beauty products based on client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
• Keep treatment rooms clean and organized.
• Manage appointment timing efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and client notes.
• Stay current on beauty trends, lash techniques, and skincare advancements.
• Follow all state licensing requirements and esthetician regulations to uphold professional standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist
• Minimum [1–2+] years of lash extension experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lash application techniques and eye safety.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, professional, and self-motivated.
• Must have consistent clientele.
• Ability to build and retain a loyal clientele.
• Certification in lash extensions preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a lively, energetic manner.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, infection control practices, and safety protocols essential for esthetic treatments.
• Proficiency in cosmetology techniques including body waxing.
• Lash lift and brow lamination are a plus.
• Ability to operate EMR systems efficiently for record keeping and appointment scheduling.
