Experienced Lawn Care Crew Member

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to maintain a fast pace in 95°F+ Texas heat, handling 15 to 20 residential/commercial properties a day.
• Must be able to adapt to schedule shifts, like working a Saturday to make up for a rain delay.
• Experience operating commercial zero-turns (Hustler, Scag, Wright, etc.), commercial weed eaters without supervision is preferred.
• Perform hands-on landscaping work, including mowing, edging, trimming, planting, mulching, and other outdoor tasks.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality control and client satisfaction.

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
