Experienced Lawn Care Technican (1+ Year) Commercial Mowing, Trimming, Equipment Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn maintenance, with a strong understanding of horticulture and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. This role involves providing high-quality lawn care services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.

Duties

• Perform regular lawn care tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain healthy grass and landscapes.
• Execute landscape maintenance activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching to enhance the beauty of gardens and yards.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery including excavators for various landscaping projects.
• Conduct tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed.
• Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens.
• Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members on larger landscaping projects, including hardscape installations.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge for operating and maintaining landscaping equipment.
• Proficiency in lawn care techniques and landscape maintenance practices.
• Experience with gardening, horticulture, and tree care methods.
• Familiarity with irrigation systems and their installation/maintenance.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators safely.
• Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus.
• Competence in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
