Experienced Lawn care technician and painter with drivers license

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lawn Care Technician with a valid driver’s license to join our dynamic landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional lawn and landscape maintenance services, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality work and professional conduct. Your mechanical knowledge and expertise in lawn care, gardening, and landscape upkeep will be essential to maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This position offers an energetic environment where your skills in operating power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment will shine. We would also like you to have painting and basic handyman experience to do work with other parts of the business.

Duties

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to create pristine outdoor environments
• Operate various landscaping machinery including excavators, snow plows, and other power tools safely and efficiently
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, tree trimming, and irrigation system installation or repair
• Utilize hand tools for detailed gardening work and hardscape projects like patios or walkways
• Maintain equipment through routine inspections and mechanical troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance
• Assist with construction projects related to landscaping or hardscape installations
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe
• Painting and basic handyman jobs may be available also

Experience

• Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or horticulture roles with a focus on quality service delivery
• Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and hand tools
• Familiarity with tree care techniques including trimming and pruning
• Experience operating excavators or similar construction machinery is a plus
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, gardening practices, and hardscape installation techniques
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required for timely job site travel
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Painting and basic handyman experience
