Job Overview

Join our growing team at Grant & Sons Lawn Care as a Lawn Maintenance Technician. You’ll play a key role in creating and maintaining outdoor spaces that our clients love coming home to. From mowing and trimming to leaf removal and landscape care, you’ll help transform yards into clean, healthy and beautiful properties.

Starting pay: $18+ per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for raises based on performance, reliability, and skill development. 1 year of lawn care experience REQUIRED.

What You’ll Do

• Perform lawn care services including mowing trimming and lawn revitalization.
• Complete landscape maintenance tasks such as planting pruning and seasonal cleanups.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain an organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Support your team members and represent the company with professionalism and pride.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year minimum of lawn care experience REQUIRED.
• A growth mindset and willingness to continue learning and improving skills.
• Reliability, consistency and integrity are values that define how we work. Good attendance and communication skills are essential.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions including the heat of summer temperatures.
• Ability to work well both independently and with a team.
• A valid Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
