Experienced Lead Cabinet Installer

McCabinet is a kitchen and bathroom design firm seeking a full time, EXPERIENCED cabinet installers to join our team! This position offers paid vacation, paid holidays, Health insurance in addition to very competitive piecework pay.

Responsibilities

• Completion of installation process of jobs in the most cost effective and safe manner
• Read and interpret shop drawings and paperwork
• Safely operate various tools and equipment
• Communicate with direct supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized installation work space

Requirements

• A background in medium to high end cabinet installation and carpentry
• Finish carpentry skills required
• Strong attention to detail and quality minded
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Lift and carry the weight of cabinetry and associated tools and products
• Experience in millwork and cabinet making is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Independent mode of transportation is required
• Personal set of tools is preferred, but willing to accommodate for the ideal skill set

Preferred Experience

• Mid to High End Cabinet Installation Experience - REQUIRED - 3 plus years of hands on experience.

This position is Monday through Friday with weekend work on a volunteer basis.

**Must have reliable transportation with a sufficient vehicle to transport tools and small cabinetry supplies**
