Experienced Lead Generator (Solar Industry) — Remote Role

Rapid Solutions is urgently hiring an experienced Lead Generator for one of our international clients in the solar energy sector. This is a remote, performance-driven role requiring a candidate who is proactive, results-focused, and highly professional.

About the Role

The Lead Generator will be responsible for reaching out to residential and commercial prospects, qualifying potential customers, and booking appointments for the sales team.
Applicants must be well-spoken, highly motivated, and ideally experienced in solar lead generation, double glazing, home improvement, or telemarketing.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on targets, understands customer needs, and consistently delivers measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
• Qualify potential customers for solar panel installation
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly
• Book appointments and hand off qualified leads to the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and conversations
• Achieve monthly lead-generation targets
• Adapt scripts and communication style based on customer responses
• Provide performance updates and maintain a professional communication tone

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral, or Western-accented tone
• Proven experience in lead generation (solar, double glazing, energy sales, telemarketing, or similar)
• Strong persuasion and communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
• Must have prior experience working with U.S./U.K./Canadian markets (preferred)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace

Working Hours

• Remote (Work From Home – Pakistan)
• U.K. business hours depending on client campaign
• Full-time role

Salary / Compensation

PKR 60,000 – 120,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
