Position Overview:
We are looking for EXPERIENCED Lead HVAC Installers to perform residential system installations. This includes full and partial system replacements, repairs, insulation work, and duct work. You’ll represent the company on-site and help maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install full and partial residential HVAC systems
• Perform repairs, ductwork and insulation
• Deliver high-quality customer service
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Work efficiently and communicate clearly with office staff
• Return to job sites for warranty-related service if needed
• Lead jobs, train and assist team members (Lead Installer role)

Requirements – Must Have Experience:

Lead Installer:

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• TDLR Registered Technician or HVAC License
• Must pass a background check
• Must live within 45 minutes of Frisco
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and quality-driven
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Experience Installing Variable Speed and Communicating HVAC Systems
