Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective repairs of machinery and equipment.
• Perform detailed diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters to identify electrical issues accurately.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex mechanical and electrical problems, guiding technicians through resolution steps.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices, safety procedures, and technical skills to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and parts inventory for accountability and reporting.
• Assist in planning preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.

Skills

• Proven experience in mechanical repair with strong knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and troubleshooting.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during inspections and repairs.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and maintenance documentation clearly.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members, supervisors, and vendors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
