Experienced Lead Preschool Teacher

This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) that includes paid PTO, vacation time, and paid holidays.

We are looking for reliable educators who are energetic, creative, and dedicated to working with young children.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 19 years old
• 90-hour preschool certification
• 9-hour communication training
• ADA training
• CPR/First Aid certification (recommended)
• 2 years of childcare experience (recommended)
• Strong reliability and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons that spark curiosity
• Encourage hands-on learning through play, exploration, and discovery
• Communicate daily with families about children’s progress and needs
• Foster positive interactions that support each child’s social, emotional, and academic growth
• Assist with diapering and potty training
