Part-Time Experienced Legal Assistant Opportunity with Reputable Law Firm in Fox Valley Area

We're currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team part-time and contribute to our ongoing success.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Legal Assistant with prior legal experience. An ideal person would be good with dictation, editing legal documents, and interacting with clients. Must be able to work 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings, and appointments with our attorneys.

• Prepare, proofread and format legal documents and correspondence.

• File pleadings and manage court deadlines.

• Communicate with clients, courts and opposing counsel in a professional manner

• Provide general administrative support to attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar role.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal software.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, flexibility, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
