We are seeking a
professional, bilingual Legal Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, efficient, and trustworthy environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in
English and Spanish, have prior experience in
estate planning or a legal setting, and demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients seeking estate planning services.
- Greet and assist clients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take accurate messages, and maintain a courteous tone.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings for legal staff with precision.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and reflective of the firm’s high standards.
- Provide general information about the firm’s services, especially estate planning, in both English and Spanish.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups to support a seamless client experience.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal or administrative training is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as a legal assistant or in a law firm office environment, ideally within estate planning or related practice areas
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
