Mary’s Skin Solutions is looking for an experienced, professional, and self-motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our growing skincare business. We are seeking someone passionate about aesthetics, client care, sales, and helping create an exceptional luxury experience for every client.

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and makeup application with precision and care
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote healthy skin habits and boost revenue
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and adhere to all safety protocols during treatments
• Provide exceptional customer service by listening to client needs, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
• Assist with product knowledge sharing and promote retail items to support clients’ ongoing skincare goals
• Keep detailed treatment records and ensure the treatment area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
• Perform esthetic services professionally and consistently
• Deliver excellent customer service and client communication
• Manage appointment scheduling and client interactions through online platforms
• Respond promptly to customer messages and inquiries
• Promote skincare services, retail products, and memberships
• Upsell services and recommend customized skincare plans
• Maintain treatment room cleanliness and professionalism
• Help build and retain clientele through relationship-building and marketing effort
• Comfortable working independently and managing daily operations when needed

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in accordance with state regulations
• Proven esthetics experience with hands-on, dermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, manual extractions, LED, body wax, eyebrow shaping, eyelash extensions, anti-aging treatments, acne treatments, scalp treatments, and makeup application
• Strong communication skills to effectively educate clients and build rapport
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards in a professional setting
• Ability to perform body waxing, and other advanced skin care services confidently
• Passion for customer service with a friendly attitude that fosters client loyalty
• Flexibility to work varied hours based on client demand and business needs
• Active Esthetician License
• Previous hands-on esthetics experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable with technology, online booking systems, and POS/sales platforms
• Retail sales and membership sales experience preferred
• Social media and self-promotion experience is a plus
• Existing clientele preferred, but not required
• Must be motivated to actively build clientele
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $48.00 per hour
