Who We're Looking For

We're not looking for someone who shows up and waits for the schedule to fill itself. We want an aesthetician who takes ownership of her results, her patient relationships, and her book. Someone who sells because she genuinely believes in what she's recommending. Someone who's curious, collaborative, and always learning.

What You'll Do

• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, hydrafacials, Microneedling+Radiofrequency, Body Contouring and additional services
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and build personalized, results-driven treatment plans
• Build genuine long-term patient relationships, your patients come back because of you
• Recommend and sell memberships, treatment packages, and retail products with confidence
• Take an active role in keeping your schedule full: rebook at checkout, follow up on lapsed patients, and meet booking goals
• Stay current on new modalities, ingredients, and protocols, and bring those ideas back to the team
• Collaborate closely with providers and front desk to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards and HIPAA-compliant patient records

Must-Haves

• Active Florida Aesthetician License (required)
• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a medspa, dermatology clinic, or high-end spa setting
• Advanced treatment experience: chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, hydrafacials, Microneedling+Radiofrequency, Body Contouring or similar
• Proven retail and upselling track record: you can speak to your numbers
• Genuine passion for skincare innovation: you follow the industry, not just the trends
• Collaborative and coachable: strong opinions welcome, ego checked at the door
• Available full-time Monday–Friday, with flexibility for 1–2 Saturdays per month

Bonus Points If You Have…

• Experience with laser or energy-based devices
• Familiarity with Zenoti or similar scheduling platforms
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• LED therapy or body treatment experience
• An established patient following you'd bring with you
