Reef Property Services is seeking an experienced Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) with a minimum of three (3) years of direct community association management experience.

• **Demonstrates proficiency in preparing and running Board Meetings**

Knowledge and Experience of being an LCAM, Licensed Community Association Manager

• Confident, professional LCAM with proven experience managing communities in compliance with Florida Statutes and governing documents
• Comfortable leading Board of Directors meetings and advising Boards on operational matters
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Customer-service oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experienced in vendor coordination, project oversight, tracking, and reporting
• A trusted, solutions-oriented resource for Boards and residents

This role is NOT a fit for you if...

• You do NOT have 3 year’s of proven experience being a Lead Property Manager in the state of Florida
• Prefer working independently with minimal interaction or collaboration
• Struggle with written communication, grammar, or professional tone
• Prefer loosely structured environments with minimal accountability
• Rely on AI tools to generate written communication
• If you can't tolerate AND respond politely & considerately to people who aren't nice to you. (over the phone or in-person)

• Active Florida CAM License (required)
• Minimum 3 years of community association or property management experience
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors
• Ability to independently run Board meetings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
