Experienced Licensed Esthetician

Job Summary

Duties

• Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to meet client needs.
• At least two years of experience
• Lash extension certified a plus
• Conduct product demos and educate clients on skincare routines, recommended products, and retail options to enhance their results.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning treatment areas, tools, and equipment after each service.
• Provide personalized consultations to assess skin conditions, recommend suitable treatments, and develop customized skincare plans.
• Promote retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments and meet individual client needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with proven experience in performing advanced skincare treatments.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively educate clients about procedures, products, and aftercare instructions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols essential for maintaining a clean and safe treatment space.
