Experienced Licensed Esthetician (Part-Time) – South Miami

Job Overview
Cici Skincare is hiring an experienced licensed esthetician to join our team in South Miami.

This role is focused on delivering high-quality skincare services while maintaining a consistent client experience and professional treatment environment.

Duties

• Perform professional facial treatments (custom facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.)
• Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate treatments
• Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to sanitation protocols
• Educate clients on skincare routines and products
• Accurately document services and client notes
• Support overall spa operations as needed
• Manage retail sales by recommending skincare products, conducting product demos, and upselling treatments to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
• Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share success stories, and build community engagement.
• Assist with front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-ins, and managing client flow efficiently.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements

• Valid Florida esthetician license with current certification in cosmetology or esthetics.
• 3+ years experience or similar experiences
• Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols in all treatments performed.

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
